2008 Light the Night for Sight A Big Success
Fun and enjoyment was the experience on May 9th at the Prevent Blindness Florida annual fundraiser. The special event, held at the Florida Aquarium which is filled with aquatic exhibits, was spectacular.
Some key highlights:
- Funds raised $70,000
- Top walk team (overall) Bausch & Lomb
- Top walk team (per capita) Alcon
- Top fundraiser (a tie) Greg Thompson and Heather Dixon, both from Alcon
- Diamond Raffle Winner Arcerdio Hernandez, Hilton ‘Care’ilon St. Petersburg
This year we will be giving out prizes to the Top 25 fundraisers – listed below are the top five from that list, all winners will be notified along with the list of prizes from which to choose. Click here for pictures.
