See The Difference Vision Screening Program provides free vision screening over a 12 month period to 720 underserved/uninsured children and adults utilizing health services at Lakeland's clinic of the Polk County Health Department over a 12-month period. For those who fail the vision screen, PBF Staff will assist anyone needing financial assistance to obtain a free eye exam, glasses or support for an eye disease.
Impact Lakeland helps donors make well informed giving decisions. It includes important information on the organization and the project in which they seek funding.
